In this role, you will be responsible for assembling product parts in accordance with our production guidelines, ensuring the highest quality of our products. This position requires use of information or access to hardware and documents which are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This position must be able to comply with the requirements of ITAR and other U.S. export control laws.
Responsibilities
- Assemble assigned product parts on assembly line following production guidelines.
- Interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material.
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping machines.
- Perform hand crimping, spot tie, continuous lacing, and flat lacing.
- Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots.
- Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature, solder sleeves, and bus wire splice.
- Pot assemblies as required, clean molds, and formulate 2-part compounds using fixtures to achieve desired geometry.
- Conduct spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Report any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures, with special attention to safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of J-STD-001, IPC-620.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Good figure and math aptitude.
