Job description

As an LED Lighting Fixture Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of LED lighting fixtures according to established specifications and quality standards. Your role involves assembling components, wiring electrical connections, and performing quality checks to ensure the functionality and safety of the finished products.

Responsibilities:

  • Component Assembly: Assemble LED lighting fixtures by following assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. This may involve attaching housing components, mounting LEDs, installing lenses, and securing electrical connections.
  • Electrical Wiring: Wire electrical components according to wiring diagrams and specifications. This includes connecting LEDs, drivers, connectors, and other electrical components using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and functional tests to verify the quality and performance of assembled fixtures. Identify and address any defects, discrepancies, or malfunctions in the assembly process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including component inventory, assembly times, and quality control checks. Record any issues or deviations from standard procedures for review and corrective action.
