Who are we?
Christmas Animatronic Magic & The Scarefactory are located in Columbus, Ohio, and have been serving the Entertainment Industry for over 20 years. We create fantastic animatronic characters and creatures for film, tv, and the amusement park / attractions industry. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to fill full-time positions within our company. We offer competitive pay while creating one-of-a-kind character audience experiences.
What's the Job?
We are looking to hire locally/immediately as we are currently preparing a large exhibition of Screen Used Movie Props which will be cleaned, restored, styled and crafted into a formal exhibition. We need talented crafts people to help us prepare these artifacts for the upcoming exhibition. Beyond this immediate need, our Art Department creates the vision for countless projects throughout the year, and breathes life into our characters and scenery. The main duties within our Art Department tasks include everything from ideation and illustration to sculpting, mold-making, painting, and finishing characters and sets. This position has flexible hours from Monday-Friday, and between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Requirements:
3D Art Education is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry and willing to learn the trade. Ability to work as a team member is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
