As a vital member of the creative production team, you will contribute to the production of creative assets across multiple channels including stores and digital for both Finish Line and JD Sports. You will show your love for creative production and cultivating solutions focused on efficiency and quality. You have an in-depth knowledge of the print production process and are intimately familiar with production for a multitude of digital channels. You are obsessive about the details and use your mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite to work quickly to bring established design direction and assets to life through various sizes and formats. As a primary member of the creative production team, you are self-motivated, learn well from others and design and production are a passion not just a job. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:
  • Works collaboratively with the team of Production Artists to continually develop solutions focused on efficiency and quality.
  • Extends established design direction across channels including retail, site, social, email, blog and app.
  • Fulfills corporate requests across channels
  • Prototype, test and implement new or updated retail/ print formats and materials
  • Creates layouts and placements with Brand Partner created assets and visual centers
  • Executes recurring and seasonal priority programs with previously established design / templates including sale, Affiliate, App launch product notifications, corporate requests.
  • Completes cross channel executions for key programs and initiatives based on size of scope for placements.
  • Executes print and digital pre-production and production specifications and delivery including uploading final production files to partner sites / servers.
  • Uses brand standards to execute store fulfillment and standard visual merchandising requests.
  • Maintains brand standards with up to date guidelines, specifications and templates.
  • Works with Sr. Production Artist and Production Design Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on spec.
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both Sr. Production Artist and print production partners.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) marketing, creative, print production. At least 3 years' experience in print production with an understanding of the digital production process and formats including mobile and app
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
Should have basic knowledge and abilities with Adobe Creative Suite and should be skilled at Google Suite. Experience in Adobe Premier and After Effects programs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, managing people, print production
  • Excellent time and project management.
  • Very organized, creative, efficient, flexible and able to work well within a team.
  • Skilled with Adobe applications and relevant computer skills.
  • As a primary member of the creative production team, you are self-motivated, learn well from others and design and production are a passion not just a job.

Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per the company policy. Pay range: $52,000 - $62,000 (Depending on Experience); 10% bonus target. This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
