Production And Quality Manager (Hands-On)

Responsibilities:

- Production scheduling and Coordination (GOAL: 100% On time Delivery and Zero Customer complaints)

- Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met

- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows

- Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes

- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 900 requiremnets and Cutomer specificaitons.

- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and ensure product quality

- Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components

- Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Collaborate with the engineering team to fabricate new products or improve existing ones

- Trouble Shoot and problem Solving of Pnumatic and elctrical connections.

Skills:

- Strong Mechanical (pneumatic, welding) and electrical (schematics) APTITUDE..

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, QA/QC standards, and Quality management systems

- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standard for manufacturing operations

- Proven experience in implementing quality control measures and conducting quality audits

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
