We are seeking a problem-solving and self-motivated individual to work as a Product Support Analyst to support various tasks for our clients and key stakeholders. Our ideal candidate must have great analytical, reporting, and documenting skills.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily communication with key stakeholders at Client and its business partners
- Conduct analysis on various data sets on products based on the managements' guidance
- Generate and maintain ad-hoc and regular report deliverables such as weekly/monthly reports
- Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports as well as ad-hoc reports as requested
- Coordinate with business partners for collection of parts and provide responses to various technical questions
- Maintaining respectful relationships with both client and partners
- Develop understanding of various field operations to fully support relevant tasks given
- Perform various tasks on Client proprietary systems
- Proactively identify potential operational risk and escalate to the management
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in spoken and written English & Korean languages
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented and highly organized for ensuring accuracy in various tasks handled
- Ability to collaborate and work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders across various departments/partners and different systems
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with Clients and Business Partners
- Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Able to drive results under high pressure circumstances
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information handled
- Exhibit great sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
- Able to travel as needed to successfully perform position responsibilities
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
- Okay to work 100% onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ
- Okay to work Monday to Friday office hours Eastern time
- Pass a background check and drug test
- No restrictions for domestic and overseas business travel
