Job Summary

The Digital Transformation and Innovation Team is the division leading Colas' North American operations in a world that is becoming more digital and disrupted by technology every day. The team is focused on the User Experience to maximize the adoption of new solutions. The DTI is looking for its Customer Success Specialist.

 

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will lead the roll out, implementation, training and support of the DTI's systems.

The CSS will have to support the initiatives across USA and Canada. The CSS will, from time to time, travel to our local subsidiaries to meet the team and work with them.

The CSS will build strong, long-term relationships with our local subsidiaries.

The CSS will measure and report on the performance of our campaigns and solutions.

The CSS will take advantage of his position to identify trends and new ideas.

The CSS will report directly to our Business Intelligence and Customer Success Manager.
