INVISTA is seeking a Product Stewardship Managerto join our team! This role will report to our Director in our Product Stewardship & Compliance team. The successful candidate will ensure product-based compliance and regulatory programs are in place while working with a diverse and global product lineup.

What You Will Do

  • Product stewardship and product compliance responsibilities, including, but not limited to interpreting state and federal regulations for business impact and supporting business activities regarding such regulations.
    • Product regulatory support for INVISTA's business
    • Significant knowledge of state and federal regulations related to chemical and polymer products, including but not limited to, TSCA, OSHA and environmental regulations.
    • Establish and sustain compliance system policies, standards, processes, tools, and measures.
  • Regulatory compliance responsibilities, including, but not limited to, tracking emerging regulatory issues, both in the US and internationally, for INVISTA businesses and participate/advocate on behalf, as needed, of INVISTA in industry/trade groups.
    • Responsible for tracking emerging state, federal and international regulatory issues and create processes, programs, measures, and training as needed to ensure compliance.
    • Participate in industry/trade groups on behalf of INVISTA.
  • US Customs and international trade regulatory compliance.
    • Responsibilities may include but not be limited to, HTS determinations of products and INVISTA raw materials.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years' experience of Product Stewardship, environmental, health & safety, or regulatory compliance for chemical products
  • Experience with regulatory and other compliance filings
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business and/or Science field
  • This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Certifications in safety, environmental, health, transportation programs
  • Experience with chemicals, polymers, and fibers
