Product Operations Associate
We are looking for a results-driven Product Operations Associate to run and optimize our Product Operations functions. Reporting to the Sr Director of Operations and working daily with leaders of product and technology, the ideal candidate is a master of cross-functional communication, a practiced decision-maker, determined problem solver, and is highly capable of navigating competing demands while executing the priorities of the business.
This candidate must be able to thrive in a self-starting remote environment and be capable of operating at tactical, strategic, and operational levels. In this role, you will work closely with the product and technology teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our teams have the tools, processes, and support they need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Product Process
- Work collaboratively with the Product team to develop, implement, and continuously refine product team processes.
- Create and document standardized procedures and develop systems for measuring adherence.
- Strengthen the product feedback loop
- Coordinate with Product Marketing with go to market activities, including the running of experiments, internal team communication, and product marketing activities.
- Streamline routine tasks and standardize communication paths
- Tool and Technology
- Ensure the teams are trained in product and development internal tools.
- Design and develop workflows to optimize processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize data and develop analytics to assess team performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to both team members and leadership.
- Collaborate with product team members and data analysts to develop product health dashboards covering product adoption, defect trends, and other metrics
- Compile reporting during experiments and at the end of product launches to share with internal stakeholders, while tracking benchmarks
- Generate and deliver regular reports and KPIs to the executive team.
About You:
- You are a roll-up-you-sleeves, "get in the weeds," individual that has experience supporting a growing organization in a fast-paced environment.
- You have proven experience and excellent understanding of Product Pipeline Management/Product Lifecycle Management in Product Operations or a similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- You have strong analytical skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- You are a self-starter that can operate independently.
- You are collaborative and can build strong relationships across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- You communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
