Due to our incredible growth plans, Hawk Ridge Systems is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our amazing Marketing team! This Product Marketing Manager will provide Product Marketing support for 3D printing products from our partners Markforged, HP, and Formlabs, as well as preferred provider, A3D Manufacturing, who provides digital and traditional manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategies to deliver both critical thinking and tactical execution. You are energized as much by campaign launches as you are by the collaboration required to get there. You will serve as the connective tissue between Product Marketing, sales, and strategy and be the catalyst that unlocks the potential for client, product, and company success. Your due diligence includes a keen understanding of user needs, competitors, and industry trends to inform the marketing roadmap, positioning, and audience growth strategies. You will serve as the strategic voice guiding the development of compelling and differentiated messaging, value propositions and competitive positioning for your product and solution portfolio. Your project management skills are the key to success as you balance and prioritize overlapping projects. You are flexible and humble and can address any problem through resourcefulness, compassion, and professionalism. This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing.

Powerful people skills and content marketing expertise are core to the role. You will focus on narratives driven by market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic product direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnership management and execution, communication with cross functional teams to align on strategy and tracking towards goals, as well as working with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to execute your strategy. You will also own interpreting and distributing data for all your marketing-related activity. By doing so, you have a direct role in driving the success of our company's growth strategy.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER ROLE? 

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience (see below for requirements): 
• If your Bachelor’s degree is in Marketing, you should have a minimum of 2 year of partner marketing experience 
• If you do NOT have a degree in Marketing, you should have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of Product Marketing or business development experience
• Content marketing planning experience, or having a creative mind and the right attitude to help us expand and execute our plan
• Project management experience
• Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent relationship building and sales skills) 
• Experience or a strong affinity for working closely with Sales Teams is preferred

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire range for this role is between $61,200 and $77,880. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress your salary as you grow in your career.
