Job Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Coordinator with Mannington Commercial, this position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing needs for new product launches with Marketing Director for all categories of products: carpet, LVT, rubber, resilient sheet, non-vinyl resilient and accessories, adhering to timelines and budgets set forth. Specially, you will:
    • Work with internal stakeholders, marketing team members and outside vendors to create new product launch materials including architect folders, brochures, special collateral, promotional items, digital assets, photography, videos, licenses/trademarks, press releases, web pages, saleshub pages, social media posts, blog articles, product bulletins, and emails.
    • Attend product development meetings and BDR/FRS reviews as marketing representative for new products.
    • Work with samples department and outside vendors on all collateral pieces
    • Create and present webinars for product launches in concert with the marketing team, product manager and design.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for design, vendors, sample department, tech services, and product development teams for existing product changes as well as new product launches and coordinate with them on marketing materials and timelines.
  • Serve as SME and/or liaison to product manager for product-related questions and needs.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to needs/questions/suggestions from internal stakeholders such as sales, design, and product managers regarding marketing assets.
  • Work with outside vendors for photography, graphic design, videos, and other marketing needs as necessary.
  • Work with product managers, samples department, sales, and outside vendors on OEM needs as well as special samples projects
  • Coordinate creation of printed collateral with internal stakeholders, Marketing Director and outside vendors.
  • Coordinate/handle technical document updates by working in inDesign or Adobe for new product launches and current product line changes.
  • Manage launch spreadsheet and coordinate with the team, samples, and product managers to make sure all assets are uploaded into widen for use on the CMS and in social, emails, etc.
  • Use writing and graphic design skills to create additional marketing assets as necessary
  • Manage asset uploads and versioning in Widen (DAM system)
  • Manage marketing content for products on SalesHub
  • Manage trademarks on products with legal and product manager
  • Edit/proofread marketing communication pieces (emails, collateral, presentations, blog articles, etc.)
  • Work with samples to provide material bank master data and brand information and serve as point-of-contact to the sample department for Material Bank needs
  • Serve as project manager on additional projects as necessary.
  • Provide support for marketing events (NeoCon, Roadshow, Sales Meeting) as required.
  • Maintain brand standards on all materials.
  • Additional duties as required

Experience:

2-5 years in marketing, Product Marketing or related role
