Flint Hills Resources (FHR) is seeking a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team through the product development lifecycle to develop and deliver on a product roadmap that will enable transformation of FHR's acquisition and storage of pricing and margin data as well as transformation in the consumption of that data by a variety of commercial, finance, and accounting work processes. The goal of FHR's business-focused technology roadmaps is to create competitive advantage through industry-leading data management strategies and leverage of data to automate decision making.

What You Will Do
- Lead Product vision and strategy. Partner with business and solution architects to define the Product's vision, goals, and long-term strategy within the organization. Leverage business teams to align on strategic objectives, investment decisions, and high-level delivery and adoption strategies
- Create and maintain a roadmap for the development and enhancement of the Product
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for development of the Product
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of user stories, features, and enhancements. Includes refining and estimating backlog items, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and continuously prioritizing based on customer feedback and value
- Drive Product delivery through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product analysts, software and/or data engineers, data architects, and solution architects
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product assumptions, iterate on design, and improve user experience
- Collaborate with the software engineering capability to plan and coordinate Product releases, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and communication to stakeholders is in place
- Monitor key performance indicators and Product usage metrics to track performance and reliability, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the Product, related work processes, and team performance.st
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes through application of technology
- Experience with product management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to manage the product life cycle
- Experience partnering with business users to capture, analyze, and document requirements
- Strong understanding of data concepts, database structures, data modeling, and data integration patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated aptitude in working with large, complex data sets
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with finance and/or accounting work processes
- Experience working with Neo4j Graph Data technology and Cypher query language
