Salary Range: $100,000-$160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the entire product lifecycle of a focus area, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and leverage analytical insights to drive successful product strategies and launches. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in product management are essential for this dynamic and impactful position.
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features to maximize value and meet business objectives.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear and prioritized roadmap for the development team.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches combined with at least 2+ years of experience in a Saas environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines
PreferredQualifications:
- PST or MST time zone preferred
- Experience with UI/UX design preferred
- Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or related field preferred but not required
