IntelliSurvey is looking for Product Manager to help build and manage its B2B market research platform. The individual must be comfortable in "build mode" - a self starter who can create structure in ambiguous environments. The role is expansive: conduct frequent customer and market research, define strategy, prioritize initiatives, design roadmaps and features, set measurement metrics to evaluate effectiveness, and translate all the above into a work plan for the development team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help establish the product vision and strategy for your product area.
- Drive product development for your product area from problem to discovery to release.
- Develop a deep knowledge of user needs by regularly interviewing target personas and researching industry trends.
- Translate the market, business, and user requirements into a prioritized product backlog.
- Draft product briefs with insights, user stories, product specifications, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering partners to execute on roadmap priorities.
- Communicate with go-to-market teams to drive successful rollout of new products and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.
- Help create scalable processes to ensure collaboration and efficiency across the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience:
- 2-7 years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experienced product manager of B2B SaaS product preferred
- Experience working in a start-up or middle market preferred
- Ability to translate business goals into product specifications for design and development teams
- Experience managing product roadmaps and communicating decisions to leadership
- Research, statistical reasoning and data analysis abilities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, be delf-motivated, and be able to work both independently and in conjunction with a team
- Applicant must have flexible mindset with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving organization, role an environment.
- Familiarity with the Market Research Industry and techniques preferred but not required.
