About the role
Weee! is looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to shape the future of technology products that enable FC/DC Operations to fulfill inbound, inventory and outbound directives across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the workflow of new warehouse system both for operations and WMS (Warehouse Management System), including creating flowcharts using BPMN Process Mapping/Flowchart design, and translating the business needs to technology deliverables.
- Manage the product lifecycle of WMS/ERP product development focusing on Receiving, PO (purchase order) and Inventory Control i.e. collecting business needs, writing Product Requirements Document (PRD), designing the prototype, creating development roadmap, testing, launching, maintaining and auditing.
- Design metrics and create dashboards to monitor performance of key warehouse inbound operational activities such as receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy, count completeness, and shrinkage & spoilage, increasing effectiveness & efficiency and reducing cost & errors.
- Formulate both online and offline processes for troubleshooting issues related to inventory among cross-functional departments and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficacy.
- Oversaw an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team focused on inventory accuracy, count task completeness, and shrinkage for all sites.
- Lead the regional process engineering team to support local fulfillment operations teams and help achieve key operations OKR goals, such as reducing OOS (Out of Stock) rate, decreasing picking & packing suspend rate, and improving productivity and reducing costs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or relevant with 2 years of experience including:
- Continuous process improvement management, such as creating flowchart and SOPs
- ERP or WMS software management
- Modeling and Data Analytics
- Inventory management
- Experience in product or program management, business development or technology
- Ability to do cost-benefit analysis and effectively communicate through business cases and decision brief methodologies among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 2 year of experience in the position of Product manager, operations manager or related.
- Work Time: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm. 40 hrs/week

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $97,282
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
