ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital and OMNI Team. The Mobile App Channel team within the broader Digital Product Management organization will work to create a unique, truly differentiated and elevated customer experience for the App channel serving North American customers, working closely with partners in Technology, UX, Operations and key strategic partners.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand the priorities and deliveries in loyalty and membership experiences, such as Wish List, Closet, and Back-in-Stock. Innovate in these spaces in ways that uniquely play into iOS mobile app capabilities
  • Direct product decisions from concept-to-delivery, to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs
  • Support with cross functional communications and roadmap materials
  • Participates in agile ceremonies for workstreams
  • Inputs into feature prioritization & sequencing
  • Monitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
  • Responsible for representing the business case, investment requirements & return on investment for scope of work in the Mobile App channel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of digital product management, or relevant, experience with an emphasis on delivering native guest-facing Mobile Apps
  • Collaboration across multiple disciplines including but not limited to business partners, UX teams (design & copy), research and technology disciplines
  • Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
  • Agile software development (ADO, Jira, Asana, etc.), preferred
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback

EXPERIENCE

  • Driven and self-motivated - this is a pioneering role that cannot wait for instruction
  • Clear communicator - able to communicate clearly and concisely in various formats (Teams, Email, PPT, or oral)
  • Storytelling ability - can paint a compelling vision of the future to stakeholders
  • Critical thinking – can connect several parallel items to solve problems
  • Discovery and workshop facilitation, preferred
  • Experience in large scale retail with physical and digital presence (i.e. Nike, Adidas, Gap, Best Buy, Target), preferred

Must be local to the greater Seattle area and willing to go into an awesome downtown office (on 2nd Avenue) three times a week.

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions and do not hire employees at the highest point of the pay range, targeting around the 50th percentile of the range. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us. As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $100,000. The beginning salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 a year.
