General Summary:
Qualcomm Connected Smart Systems (CSS) business unit is seeking someone passionate about building industry leading cloud platform and become a lead product manager to drive BU objective of enabling E2E IOT solutions.
As the lead of Qualcomm Aware Cloud platform Product Management the position will own the roadmap and requirements for IOT services for variety of IOT segment needs. This person will lead product and technology roadmaps definition by taking a customer-centric approach to champion product features, functionality and experience. He or she, while leading the product definition phase, will also collaborate with cross functional teams - sales, business development, engineering - throughout the product life cycle.
The responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading product planning and development of common cloud platform for variety of IOT segments applications(Retail, Robotics, logistics and transportation, etc.,).
• Define and clearly articulate product, operations and business requirements: Use Cases, Features, User Experience, Operations Business, Compatibility, High availability etc.
• Create detailed user stories that clearly defines the problem and the proposed solution. Work with UX design team to create visuals that accurately reflect the details within user stories and optimize for an ideal user experience.
• In collaboration with the business development team, identify target customers and market verticals, the key problems the products are designed to solve and the key attributes of the products.
• Lead prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, timeline and cost.
• Plan competitive analysis activities and provide an up to date and quantitative view of Qualcomm IOT Cloud platform products competitiveness in the market place.
• Remain up to date on Cloud platform and services related technology advancement.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in defining and developing cloud services/platform using industry leading cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud etc.,
• Experience in Scalable and high availability cloud solution deployment
• Experience in failover and disaster recovery deployment on major cloud solution providers
• Experience in ERP integration(ex: SAP, Azure dynamics 365 etc.,) and web applications
• Experience in cloud services deployment for embedded IOT devices and use cases
• Successful record with delivering cloud platform and services from start to finish.
• Experience with developing data analytics and business intelligence solutions; Gather customer and user scenarios and create the data metrics, analytics and actionable insights.
• Experience writing clear and concise product requirements
• Experience in supply chain solution for in-transit visibility and insight
• Motivated self-starter and detail oriented.

Pay range:
$171,000.00 - $256,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
