Product Listings Coordinator

Loader Parts Source (LPS) is a growing company serving the skid loader repair industry. We were founded in 2008 and have since expanded into 3 buildings, all located in Elkhart, IN. We utilize EOS as our operating system and are driven to create leaders, not just at LPS, but in all aspects of life.
Summary/Purpose of the position:
The Website Product Listings Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining and updating the Product Listings on the Loader Parts Source website. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering a seamless user experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and efficiency and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and accurate.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Product Information Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain Product Listings on the Loader Parts Source website, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
· Coordinate with the purchasing and inventory management teams to ensure that all new products are added to the website in a timely manner.
· Conduct regular audits of Product Listings to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
· Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure that Product Listings are optimized for search engine visibility and user engagement.
· Work closely with the E-Commerce team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to Product Listings and website functionality.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce Product Listings and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Provide support to customer service teams by responding to inquiries related to product information.
Qualifications/Other Requirements
· Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards while working with large volumes of data.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices and principles is a plus.
· Passion for heavy machinery and automotive industry is desirable.
