Product Line Administrator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the Product Line team (e.g. sales order entry, quote log maintenance, AP/AR support, supplier setup, purchase requisition issuances, shipment processing, managing bills of material, reviewing/distributing technical data packages, create/issue work orders, etc)
• Support development of accurate and competitive quotes for customers by sourcing product and estimating costs (e.g. freight, packaging, direct labor, part alterations, and other direct costs)
• Ensure all orders are compliant to all export/import regulations and local/international law by confirming product classifications (e.g. ECCN/USML, Schedule B, etc), gathering supporting documentation (e.g. End-User Statements), and collaborating with legal/compliance to acquire necessary export licenses
• Generate and issue quotes to customers and maintain quote data and statuses within the quote log
• Confirm important details and gather documentation from suppliers (e.g. part alteration, alternate PN validation, MSDS, traceability, product certifications, etc)
• Coordinate with cross-functional team(s) to address special requirements, manage order prioritization, fill stock orders, and provide general troubleshooting for order fulfillment (e.g. ERP errors, missing supplier documentation, short-shipment management, non-conforming material investigations, etc)
• Issue credit card purchase orders to suppliers when necessary
• Update and maintain accurate data in system(s) of record
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of procurement, sales, customer service, or administrative experience
• Good communication, problem solving, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
