Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Lincoln, NE. Interested?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Conduct warranty troubleshooting, investigation, and identification of root causes for train issues.
- Address issues with clients, suppliers, or customer, coordinating necessary repairs.
- Ensure proper and comprehensive documentation is completed for each repair.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address warranty issues.
- Download and interpret component logs; provide support to the materials team for logistical site assistance and manage inventory warranty claims.
- Assist Engineering in resolving Technical Issues (TI).
Here's what you will receive:
Pay rate: $28.85 - $42.30 per hour DOE.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years experience with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with interpreting component logs and addressing warranty claims.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of logistics support and materials management is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar warranty technician role.
- Familiarity with customer products and systems.
- Technical proficiency in addressing warranty-related technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
