Responsibilities for a Product Inspection & Customer Service Technician include but are not limited to:

Assembly of various electrical components onto circuit boards, motor units, and connecting controllers.
Testing of controllers and various small electrical units.
Soldering components and assembling printed circuit boards.
Some testing and calibrations may be required.
Develop and improve testing procedures and assembly documents.
Inspection incoming parts, various assemblies, and builds mid-manufacturing.
Diagnose product problems and understand appropriate next steps.
Understand product, software, and functionality of products.
Perform necessary repairs on customer products with the repair team to ensure success.

Exceptional Soldering skills (PCB through-hole)
Basic electronic assembly
Use of small hand tools and some machinery.
Experience with diagnosing electrical or mechanical failures.
Customer Service is a plus!
Understanding of Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic computer skills.
Ability to understand and use part specification sheets, follow assembly directions for quality work and update manufacturing builds with correct notations.

Pay rates to start at $21-23 an hour
Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week
