The Product Development Associate assists with technical programs contributing to:
product design
Product Development
and product execution.
Key accountabilities include prototyping, product acquisition, bench testing (requests, execution, and summaries), small scale consumer studies planning/placement and summaries, making first of a kind product designs / prototypes, coordination of hand-making products and visuals – including documenting PPS instructions, requests for product safety clearance, competitive assessments, experimental product/material trials, product presentations and visuals, supporting consumer co-creation and product workshops. The role also performs moderately complex tasks under the direction of an experienced scientist.

Experience Level:
A Bachelor’s degree (broad range of disciplines), or 2-4 years post high school technical education plus 2-7 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of disposable/reusable consumer products, lab techniques and equipment & scientific methods
