What You'll Do As a Product Delivery Specialist at AIRUDDER, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with sales and customer success managers to understand client requirements in different industries and scenarios.
• Testing and refining voicebot interactions to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitoring and analyzing voicebot performance and data, making necessary improvements.
• Working with AI experts to continuously improve product performance.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'd better have:

• Have a strong curiosity about cutting-edge changes in new technologies such as ChatGPT. Familiarity with NLP and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong date analytical logic and we expect you to be an extremely proactive, self-driven problem solver.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, full of sense of responsibility.
• Solid English communication and writing skills, Chinese skills preferred, since this role will need to communicate with team members in China
• A Bachelor's degree
