SalaryHoyt Archery, an industry leader and world-renowned brand in archery and bowhunting gear is searching for an experienced Product 3D Artist to join their Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic vision, urgency, and excellent rendering and animation skills to the team.
Under direct supervision of the Director of Marketing, this position will assume responsibility for all 3D creation to make Hoyt Products look amazing online and in print. This role is critical to our success and includes the following duties:
- Request appropriate files from the engineering team to produce photo quality product renders and animations of all Hoyt products.
- Create hi resolution renders of all Hoyt products applying proper lighting and textures to achieve photo quality images.
- Create engaging 3D animations of our products for use in commercials, website assets, social assets, and product info videos.
- Support and contribute to the Hoyt Marketing strategic process and team brainstorming.
- Collaborate with Hoyt Video team to create animations to integrate in Hoyt videos.
- Collaborate with Social Media team to create engaging reels for social media.
- Manage all 3D assets in safe, redundant, and industry-approved processes.
- Bring marketing-conscious content ideas to the team.

Requires an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
- Submit a solid portfolio of your best and most recent work.
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in 3D visualization.
- Must be able to prepare .step files from engineering for export to 3D modeling program.
- High technical aptitude in 3D software such as C4D, Redshift, Blender, etc.
- Advanced lighting and texturing expertise is required.
- Creative thinking.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to foster a team-oriented cooperative work environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
