SalaryWe're looking for a Produce Manager, to oversee ordering, stocking and management of grocery store produce and floral departments. Produce experience desired, or similar experience. Work at a locally-owned grocery store, with a family atmosphere. Friendly environment. State of the art store in a easily-accessible location.
Our team is in search of a candidate who will:
* Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions
* Fill and rotate produce cases and dry tables
* Unload product from trucks
* Break down pallets and separate produce for sales floor, cooler, and back room prep areas
* Process and/or wrap produce items prior to filling cases and dry tables
* Verify ads, hang current sale signs, and remove out-of-date sales signs
* Perform routine price changes on products
* Processes and cut fruit and vegetables
* Operate pallet jack, scissor lift, baler and compactor
* Assist in other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
