What will I do?

Clerks have a large impact on the success of our Co-op. They support exceptional customer experiences by sharing their expertise on produce, ensuring product availability, and providing prompt, friendly, and caring service.

Specific areas of accountability include customer service, stocking and facing product, labeling/signage, cashiering and providing general support to other areas of the store.

A positive, flexible person who shows up each day ready to support their team, create excellent customer experiences, and contribute to an inclusive environment. If you have grocery or produce experience, great - if not, we are willing to train!

Location: 1500 West 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102

Schedule: 3-4 shifts per week including Saturday or Sunday. Current shifts may vary, and can include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours to meet department needs.

Physical and Working Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 60lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system, move around our store and storage rooms, with or without reasonable accommodation.
