Procurement Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up project files and templates
• Generate reports and reviews for accuracy SAP data entry for various projects
• Performs various tasks assigned by Projects Manager of Procurement, Project Procurement Managers, Expediting Manager, and Logistics Manager Format and submit Procurement documents for record retention
• May perform entry level purchasing, expediting, and/or logistics tasks as required
• Work on issues of medium complexity and is responsible to implement solution as directed.
• Some degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Interact with work group and external peers in various departments to ensure cross coordination between groups.
• Has no managerial responsibility

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc).
• Bachelor degree with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar capacity to the role requirements or High School diploma and 5 -7 years’ progressive experience in a similar capacity to the role requirements.
• Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
