Job Description
As a Procurement Contract Auditor, you will work as an integral part of the procurement team, providing daily support for execution of the procurement function with contracted vendors, specific duties related to preferred product and vendor compliance and implementation of kitchen equipment G&A contracts to include price validation and auditing. This position is remote and reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement Data and Financial Systems, and will have a close working relationship directly with senior team members (i.e., VPs, Directors, Senior Contracting Managers, etc.).
  • This position is remote (preferably EST or CST time zone) and requires minimal travel.

Essential Functions
  • Work as an integral part of the procurement team, providing daily support for execution of the procurement function with contracted vendors. Delivers high volume of accurate data-related work products
  • Review Kitchen Equipment contracts and validate/audit prices paid
  • Reconcile monthly transaction data and compare to Account Payable
  • Request and review invoices and reconcile to contracted prices
  • Manage distribution of manufacturer contract pricing to vendors
  • Act as a liaison with Design & Construction, Contracting, and Procurement Data teams for specifications on contracted items
  • Work with Vendors to recover price variances to contracted prices
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Education, Experience, Skills, and Other Requirements
  • Preference for a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or combination of education and experience preferred in the area of procurement/logistics, food service distribution, or purchasing at a high-volume account.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a similar procurement position.
  • Foodservice product knowledge or back of the house purchasing/receiving experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level technical competence and experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint). SAP preferred, but not required.
  • Required to have intermediate to advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Advanced Formulas and Formatting)
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with minimal supervision, ability to juggle multiple tasks while adapting quickly, and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively and timely complete assigned tasks and projects as assigned. Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain a criminal background check and a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) clearance and/or a comprehensive Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) background check.
