TITLE: Procurement Construction Field Operation (Telecom experience) 6 – 10 week project
Seeking a contractor with Procurement-Construction & Field Ops experience. Must understand Telecom Construction.
Procurement-Construction & Field Operations.  Each of these tasks is geared towards improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness in procurement, construction, and Field Operations. well-rounded approach that addresses various aspects of the process, from vendor management to data tracking and analysis.
Areas of expertise needed:
Ratecard: Add more data points. Historic and current pricing.
Address known deficiencies. Recommend new price structure. Construction team.
Vendor Scorecards: Establish Criteria and track:  Quality/Safety, Schedule, Budget/Overages, Innovation.
Prepare draft scorecard and review with vendors. Implement with Strategic Vendors.  Build a fiber Score card for Vendor performance.
Site Tracker Implementation: BPO, Implementation and Go Live.  
Work Front Renewal and Support: Renewal of Scope, Support required to pull data and reporting POC. Define scope, Agree Success Criteria, Model TCO (Volumetrics that drive cost) and Construction Vendor Playbook. Assist the Field Transformation and wider Construction team in preparing the Contruction Playbook.
*Must have strong knowledge of Telecom procurement Construction.
 
Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
