Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Procurement department with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, setting up new vendors and other clerical needs of the department.
- Manage AP group mailbox - entering invoices onto SharePoint for approval Creating service entries for approved invoices
- Manage paperwork for inbound chemicals and creating the goods receipt
- Manage spreadsheets for finance for inbound chemicals
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
- Send information, materials or documentation
- Verify accuracy of financial or transactional data
- Check data for recording errors
- Execute sales or other financial transactions
- Monitor inventories of products or materials
- Calculate costs of goods or services
- Maintain current knowledge related to work activities
- Provide information to coworkers
- Maintain operational records
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business or 5 years' experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- SAP experience
- Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Good organization skill
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details and time management
