Job Description
- Primary focus includes preparing billing for the Network Services department, including Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) and Ad-Hoc Billing each month.
- Auditing devices in various CNS management systems regularly, following the MRC auditing schedule.
- Rotating quarterly schedule, serving as the Primary Analyst for Monthly Recurring Charges/MRC Peer Reviewer, following the MRC Peer Review Process, and outlined schedule.
- Responsible for responding to Accounting, Clients, Sales and CNS Management, with any invoice concerns.
- Evaluate Open Order Report to determine the status and next steps of the billing process for all line items.
- Providing regular updates to CNS Management on recurring cost changes and running revenue totals.
- Serves as backup for all functions as needed, including placing orders for hardware, software, and services from various vendors to fulfill client orders, internal purchasing requests, staging, shipping, and receiving.
- Interface with the Accounting Department as necessary to deliver invoices, packing slips and hardware requests, as well as reconciling physical inventory and recurring charges monthly.
- Provide order status information, both client-facing and internal, as well as price quotes, updating Network Services ticketing systems as necessary.
- Respond to team communication in a timely manner to support SLA’s.
- Maintain clean and organized environment for all shipping, receiving, and inventory spaces.
- Special project participation, as required, and other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- Ability to communicate concisely and with urgency via written (email) and verbal (phone) communication, as well as willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
- Research and Problem-Solving skills imperative to the job functions.
- Time-Management skills to milestones and monthly deadlines required.
- Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required, including use of VLookup and Pivot Tables).
- Having a collaborative and teamwork-focused approach is essential.
- Good organizational skills, including time management for daily tasks, and the flexibility to change priorities and routines are of the utmost importance.
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
