Proctor/Tutor

### Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Proctor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure testing environment for students. Your primary duties will include monitoring test takers, enforcing testing rules and regulations, and providing assistance as needed.

### Duties:
- Set up testing materials and ensure all necessary supplies are available
- Check identification and verify eligibility of test takers
- Explain testing procedures and rules to students
- Monitor test takers to ensure compliance with testing guidelines
- Address any disruptions or issues that may arise during the testing session
- Collect completed tests and ensure they are securely stored
- Report any irregularities or suspected misconduct to the appropriate authorities
- Provide assistance to students who may have questions or require accommodations

### Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in an educational or classroom setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with adult learners
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for test takers
