Clark & Walker, P.C. is a full-service resource for Residential Multi-Family Property Management law. We stay current on the statutes, practice, and defense of business and real estate litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, fair housing defense, affordable and subsidized housing, as well as landlord tenant court representation, including eviction proceedings.

What will you be doing?
- Serving notices, complaints, summons, and other legal documents to parties involved in legal matters.
- Filing legal documents timely with local justice and district courts.
- Preparing and delivering documents to the post office for mailing.
- Recording served and conformed copies of documents into an online database.
- Completing various tasks around the office given at the direct of a designated supervisor.
What skills will you need?
- Reliable, client-focused, and capable of working independently under the supervision of the associated team lead.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and dependable work ethic.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
- Ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise and an eagerness to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
- Calm under pressure, keeping a level head through a fast-paced environment, and being able to communicate with clients quickly and concisely over phone and email.
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Maintain a professional work appearance
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
