Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Improvement/Audit Readiness Analystand Task Lead to join our team. The successful individual will also have leadership experience and great interpersonal skills, able to lead a team and work with a complex customer base.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expertise to support Hire to Retire (H2R) payroll audit efforts as it relates to the Agency's overarching financial goals and mission needs and for identification, development and implementation of enduring/repeatable processes that completely and accurately identify, value, and report H2R efforts with the use of the CFO's Contract Management System (CMS) and OHR's Personnel System (MyHR).
- Develop and propose programs and projects, document requirements and provide oversight to on-going efforts to achieve Agency financial goals and mission needs and provide reports and status on accomplishments to senior management and the COR on a periodic basis.
- Ensure all related business processes for H2R payroll meet regulations for the Management Internal Control Program (MICP). Assist the government with developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures to monitor processes to include identifying and collecting metrics to track progress against the strategic, tactical and organizational methods. These quality assurance procedures should be used to monitor progress against the project, directorate, and organization goals.
- Perform recurring testing, such as testing internal controls, designing, and executing Manager's Internal Controls Programs (Risk Manager's Internal Control Program).
- Provide assessments and improvements of financial statement auditability.
- Perform financial statement audits, audit readiness services or audit remediation and sustainment services.
- Support OHR leadership on various payroll business process reengineering efforts such as developing/updating process documentation and developing/implementing corrective action plans to address findings.
- Provide task level leadership in reporting, accountability, and delivery obligations for ACS customer base.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Audit readiness service experience.
- Experience with applying OMB A-123, SFFAS, and FFMIA.
- Hands on experience with identifying, evaluating and developing internal controls and process improvement.
- Self-motivated team player.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working within DoD or IC audit spaces.
- One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CGFM or CDFM
Essential job Functions:
- Accounting background and familiarity with financial statement audits.
- Audit readiness service experience.
- Experience with applying OMB A-123, SFFAS, and FFMIA.
- Hands on experience with identifying, evaluating and developing internal controls and process improvement.

Salary Compensation Range: $150,000 - $155,000 annually
(Pay transparency is important at ACS and is one way we ensure we remain on a committed path to equality and fairness. However, note that salary offers are dependent on many factors, including a candidate's education, clearance, practicing skill level, scope of influence, and years of experience, and offers may fall outside of this advertised range.)
