What You'll Do:

As a GPS-CON Improvement Specialist at our Chester County Operations site, you will be responsible for Gallo Production System (GPS) processes. A successful candidate will engage in floor-level problem solving to ensure daily production activities are rarely suspended. You will additionally work closely with site leadership and teams to ensure GPS is effectively integrated into the operations, driving sustainable improvements. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting site assessments, on the production floor, in order to identify gaps between current practices and GPS ideal behaviors.
  • Support the implementation of roadmaps for improvement and assist in development of future implementation plans.
  • Provide support for education and training on GPS concepts and tools to site leadership and teams.
  • Work with site teams to integrate GPS culture into their daily operations and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Drives cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, drive solutions, and develop operational expertise; 
  • Leads on the spot Kaizens to solve minor problems identified. 
  • Monitor progress and results of GPS implementation and provide support for ongoing improvement efforts.

 

What You Will Need:
  •  Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of plant operations, plant engineering, supply chain management, full cycle project management, or relevant field reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. OR High school diploma and 5 years of plant operations, plant engineering, supply chain management, full cycle project management, or relevant field, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:
  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $71,190 - $106,830 /year 
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
