Summary:
SAERTEX multiCom LP is seeking a highly motivated entry level Process Improvement Engineer to join our team in North Carolina. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our administration and production processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in process engineering, continuous improvement, and a proactive mindset to enhance efficiencies and productivities in our plant.
Responsibilities:
- Assess Existing Processes:
- Evaluate and analyze current administration and production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise in process engineering to assess workflow effectiveness and identify bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiencies and increase productivity in the plant.
- Develop and Update SOPs:
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with industry best practices.
- Create training materials and documentation to support the implementation of revised processes.
- Support New Process/Technology Implementation:
- Work closely with the management team, production staff, and the quality control department to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor the results of implemented improvements to ensure sustained success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Process Engineering or a related engineering field and/or a business degree
- Some experience in process management and improvement preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating pioneer and leadership skills.
