Process Engineering Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Process Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for an aspiring engineer to gain hands-on experience in process optimization, production efficiency enhancement, and quality improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to review existing training documents and materials related to manufacturing processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and enhancement in training content.
• Assist in developing updated training materials, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and visual aids.

Education/Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
