Chemours is seeking anEngineering Internto join our Mineral Separations team! This position will report directly to the Process Engineer.
Location: Starke, Florida
Hours:Full-time or part-time schedule, flexible to candidate needs
Term: 3-month assignment between May-August 2024(i.e. 3-month assignment between May-August)
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists Process Engineer and Metallurgic Technicians with product recovery, throughput and process improvements.
• Creates daily, weekly and monthly production, quality and recovery reports.
• Assists with communicating run plans to operators and provides direction on mill settings.

The following is requiredfor this role:

• Enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Junior or above at time of assignment
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mine Engineering, Mineral Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering

The following is preferred for this role:

• 3.0 GPA or above
• Technical Experience Preferred
