Join our team as a Proactive Outreach Agent where you will have the opportunity to connect consumers with our Home Lending Advisors, ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role offers a dynamic work environment, the chance to work across multiple departments, and the opportunity to facilitate the mortgage application process.

As a Proactive Outreach Agent in our Home Lending team, you will have the opportunity to connect consumers with our Home Lending Advisors, ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role offers a dynamic work environment, the chance to work across multiple departments, and the opportunity to facilitate the mortgage application process. Your sales experience, software proficiency, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to facilitate the application process by interfacing with customers who have filled out an online mortgage application, expressed interest in a Home lending product, or who have been prescreened for a Home Lending product
  • Identify priorities and use time effectively to support the Home Lending Advisors
  • Meet required performance targets for volume of customers contacted and transfers to Home Lending Advisors
  • Familiarize with the diversity of Chase products/services and the advantages of each
  • Build rapport and establish customer trust in Chase Home Lending
  • Pay attention to Customer Satisfaction with internal and external clients
  • Share information and expertise with partners and team members; working together to achieve work goals

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Telemarketing or phone sales experience
  • Intermediate software proficiency
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast paced, time sensitive environment
  • Problem solving, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a high level energy and personal initiative ability
  • Excellent organizational, communication and attention to detail
  • Team player; ability to work with different level, work within & support team with integrity
