Verdana Village Master Association is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pro Shop Front Desk Assistant / Administration for CAM. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:
Greet residents, help with HOA policies and reservations for courts
Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
Answers guest questions and provides directions.
Accountable for all checks and credit card receipts.
Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
Administrative responsibilities in support of the General Manager and Sports Director.
Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
Regular and reliable attendance
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job hours are currently 1:00pm to 9:00pm. Monday - Friday
