Pro Shop Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for the daily operations of the Twin Hills Pro Shop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public.
• Answer phones.
• Merchandise sales.
• Schedule tee times.
• Maintain clean work area. Ensure club standards are achieved.
• Follow guest service standards.
• Must be able to use Point of Sale system.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals must be able to perform essential duties at a fast-paced, high-volume golf course. Must be able to work weekdays from 2:30pm-close and weekends from 5:30am-1:30pm. Interpersonal skills are a must. Ability to read documents such as procedures. Willingness to work additional shifts during the week and at our sister golf course (Arrowhead) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required. Experience with Square POS is a plus. Experience with tee sheet software is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Candidates will spend most of their shift on their feet. There will be a lot of walking.
