Head of Product Management

Location: New York Area or New England / Travel required of 1-2X monthly

Salary: $190-240K + Bonus + Equity Discussion

We are seeking an innovative director of product manager who thrives in a fast paced collaborative environment and loves working with a culture first organization. We need big thinkers who can execute and want to bring the power of our healthcare product to new customers and improve lives. Here's some of what you will be doing:

· Saas Product experience - 10 years.

· Salesforce is a big plus.

· Own and drive all aspects of the product area from product vision to delivery to customer adoption.

· Design and deliver new features that improve product usage, grow the business, and delight the customer.

· Create and prioritize a six-month roadmap in collaboration with Customer success, sales, salesforce utilization/expansion and engineering teams.

· Engage with customers, partners, and payers/providers.

· Experience in SaaS or Healthcare (providers, payers and the ecosystem) especially focused on Public Health like Medicare in US and also Global Market.

· Understand the complexity in care/patient engagement.

· Effective communicator - communicate well with engineering and cross-functional teams, can effectively present plans and roadmap to internal stakeholders and C-Level execs, are comfortable pitching your product to diverse external audiences (PE firm, customers, partners, and analysts), and have a strong ability to convince and influence.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in platform product management in enterprise SaaS environments.
