SalaryThe Shelter Advocate will be responsible for on-site coverage, assisting in meeting the holistic needs of residents, and facility upkeep. Mental stressors can include, but are not limited to constant client interaction and requests, as well as the potential for perpetrator and/or family threats. The physical demands from handling donations, shelter maintenance, transporting clients, and food procurement can provide the risk of injury. This position will be compensated by hourly rate of pay. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
