We have an immediate opening for a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to service the Hampton Roads Area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborating with leadership/management team and office staff to facilitate timely office processing of client paperwork.
- Actively participates in Agency quality improvement activities.
- Training of non-certified caregivers
- Conducting assessments of existing clients
- Initial in-home evaluations and/or assessment.
- Establish the patients individualized treatment and client record baseline.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a public health, home health care, or hospital background (desirable)
- Must have at least one-year clinical experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
