PRN Registered Nurse (RN)

Sterling Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Registered Nurse - PRN position in Beaumont, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' health status

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Perform IV insertions and catheterizations as needed

• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems

Requirements:

• Experience working in Home Health setting

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of TEXAS

• BLS certification

• Driver's License

• TB Test (validity: 1 year) or Chest X-ray (validity: 5 years)

• COVID card
