We're FOX Rehabilitation, a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Occupational Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. This base pay range is specific to Queens and may not be applicable to other locations. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.

What you'll do:
- Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults
What you'll get:

What you'll need:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
