Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Required or
- Pharm D degree. Required
- Previous hospital experience with emphasis on computerized unit dose, sterile products, and patient focused clinical skills Preferred
- Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph) Licensed practitioner of health sciences profession in the State of Ohio Required
