Job Description
The Private School Support Specialist is responsible for providing back office operational support for all K12 Private Schools. Including loading student courses, processing refund requests, and other administrative tasks while placing an emphasis on quality of service.

The Private School Support Specialist is responsible for providing back office operational support for all K12 Private Schools. Including loading student courses, processing refund requests, and other administrative tasks while placing an emphasis on quality of service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
· Proactively manage service case queues for School Support requests in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to meet SLA's for timely case resolution;
· Resolve routine account related requests such as cancellations, course extensions, reactivations, curriculum locks/unlocks, and various other tasks independently
· Responsible for loading courses to student accounts for timely access to course content
· Process tuition payments for returning Private School families
· Process eCommerce orders via K12 order management system
· Process B2B partner related enrollments;
· Complete advanced/complex projects which may require cross-functional collaboration within a set timeline or deadline;
· Any other responsibilities as identified and assigned by manager and/or supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Certificates and Licenses: None Required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2(Two)+ year(s) of directly relevant work experience externally or 1(One)+ year(s) of relevant work experience with K12 in a similar position
· Physical requirements: sedentary work, fluent typing, listening, speaking, extensive reading, repetitive motions, and extended computer usage.
· Ability to clear required background check
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High level of attention to detail with focus on quality while working in a high-volume environment
· Demonstrated ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner
· Excellent customer service skills and prior experience providing customer support
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to respond appropriately to feedback, mentoring and coaching
· Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a deadline driven atmosphere, and demonstrate resilience
· Strong PC Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Web proficiency
· Flexible schedule with ability to work additional hours as needed
· Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during our hours of operation
· Attend virtual training via web cam
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Salesforce CRM, TotalView, Order Management System, and/or Five9 telephony system
· Team-oriented
System Requirements:
· Our work from home members are required to have and maintain High-speed internet connection. At the minimum 50Mbps download speed and 10Mbps upload speed, if not competing with other household users. For the sake of call quality, satellite, DSL, data plans, wireless or dial-up services are not compatible.
· Some Internet service providers enable what is called SIP ALG (Session Initiation Protocol Application Layer Gateway). This interferes with our systems and must be disabled by the provider.
· Ethernet connection is preferred.

o This is a home-based, remote position.
Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
  • We anticipate the salary range to be $17.06 - $25.59 hourly. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
