Private Preschool Teacher

Creative Learning Childcare & Preschool is seeking a full time Preschool 4 & 5 Daycare Teacher. The Teacher is responsible for:

- Supervision of an assigned group of children and implementation of our preschool curriculum.

- Managing classroom activities, including lessons, play, breaks and meals.

- Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the needs and learning styles of children.

- Tracking childrens’ progress and reporting to parents.

- Ensuring child safety

- Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom.

The position of the Teacher requires the person to be flexible and cooperative. The person selected for the position must meet the minimum requirements set by the state of Ohio. Must be a high school graduate or have a GED. This person must be willing to take workshops in Child Care Basics. This person must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with our philosophy. She/he must display emotional maturity and stability, and must be willing to take training in the field of early childhood education.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Saint Clairsville, OH 43950: Relocate before starting work (Required)
