Private Practice Lvn

Southeast Texas HR, a leader in recruiting and HR services, is currently seeking a Private Practice LVN for a top-tier healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic Private Practice environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. These can become temp-to-perm positions for the ideal candidate. Pay will start at $16.00-$20.00 per hour, DOE.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Private Practice setting
  
• Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
  
• Perform duties such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flow
  
• Assist physicians with procedures
  
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans
  
• Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and kept clean
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience
  

• Active LVN Certification
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Private Practice or clinic setting
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
